- Tropical fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg layered with toasted coconut, marshmallow, iced pound cake and honeyed almond
- finish
- Long and rich, tropical fruit and incense-like oak lingering before it settles into a sweet, pastry-soft close

- Organic soft white wheat100%
100% organic soft white wheat. This is Battle Point, the distillery's all-wheat whiskey, made from a heritage soft white wheat that Washington family farms grow organically for Bainbridge. There is no corn, rye or barley in the recipe, so the mizunara finish works on a single soft grain.

Why it's craft
Instead of a familiar wine or spirit cask, this finish uses 66-gallon single-use casks of Japanese mizunara oak coopered in Hokkaido, the same oak species the distillery uses for its Yama whiskey. The base is Battle Point, its own all-organic wheat whiskey, distilled and aged on Bainbridge Island by the independent, family-owned distillery Keith Barnes founded in 2009.
