15 STARS is an independent whiskey brand founded in 2021. It does not run a distillery; it sources aged whiskey and marries the stocks into blends. The range runs from Platinum, a blend of very old bourbon, to the First West core line and releases finished in sherry, port and Vino de Naranja casks. The house bottles with clear age statements and in limited releases that show off older barrels.
