Bib & Tucker was founded in 2014 under 35 Maple Street Spirits. It was later bought by Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, a family-owned company in Stamford, Connecticut. The bourbon is distilled in Tennessee from a high-rye mash and filtered through maple charcoal by the Lincoln County Process. Core expressions are not chill filtered. The lineup includes the Classic Six, older age statements, and releases such as Double Char and Gold Roast. The brand does not name the distillery that makes its whiskey.
