Black Fox Farm & Distillery sits on Valley Road at the edge of Saskatoon, where John Cote and Barb Stefanyshyn-Cote grow the fruit, flowers, and grains that become their spirits. The SE Eleven whisky line is named for the farm's legal land description (SE 11-36-06-W3) and leans hard into terroir: single-grain Secale cereale (rye), Triticosecale (triticale), barley cask finishes, and a limited annual blend, all aged outdoors through Saskatchewan's violent temperature swings and never chill-filtered. International medals and a 2025 Worldwide Whisky Producer nod followed a farm-first approach that still sells whisky by the 500 ml coin-sealed bottle with a Certificate of Provenance.
