Will Arvin and Wes Murry rescued the ruined Old Taylor Distillery — Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr.’s 1887 castle, springhouse, and gardens — and returned it to making whiskey on site. Castle & Key sells only what it distills, with Restoration Rye as the flagship: a malt-forward rye mash and a destination visitor experience that helped invent modern bourbon tourism all over again.
