Becky and Scott Harris opened Catoctin Creek in Purcellville in 2009, restoring legal distilling to Loudoun County and betting hard on organic rye. Roundstone Rye — 100% rye, pot-distilled, aged in new charred oak — channels pre-Prohibition Virginia rye tradition in a modern craft package that is organic, vegan, and kosher.
