Iowa’s Cedar Ridge, founded in 2005, built a Midwestern craft identity around local grain and approachable Bottled-in-Bond whiskey. Family-rooted and still independent in posture, it’s a grain-and-climate story: Iowa corn, seasonal rickhouse swings, and BiB strength without big-brand pricing.
