Chambers Bay Distillery runs a tasting room in the Town Center of University Place, Washington. Its motto is "land crafted, ocean aged." Its spicy house expression is Ghost Dog, an unaged corn whiskey infused with smoked ghost pepper, honey and botanicals, bottled at 40% ABV. It is made as a spicy alternative to sweet cinnamon whiskey.
