Corsair started in Bowling Green in 2008 and made Nashvilles Marathon Village its public flagship — pot stills, a taproom, and a restless experimental whiskey program. Triple Smoke put them on the map: three separately smoked malts (Wisconsin cherrywood, German beechwood, Scottish peat) mashed together into an American single malt that bridges bourbon sweetness and Islay smoke. Whisky Advocate named it Artisan Whiskey of the Year; the house still sells curiosity and smoke as craft identity.
