Devils River Whiskey debuted in 2017 from San Antonio entrepreneurs with a grain-focused Texas bourbon brief. The house now runs a downtown San Antonio location at 401 East Houston Street. It makes core bourbon, rye, barrel strength and Distiller's Select lines, plus flavored bourbons steeped with cinnamon or dark-roast Vienna coffee and organic agave nectar. The brand spelling drops the apostrophe, Devils rather than Devil's, because 'there's more than one devil.'
