Brothers Robert and Jonathan Likarish founded Ironroot in Denison, naming it for horticulturist T.V. Munson and training under French brandy masters. Heirloom corn varieties and elevage-minded blending produce overproof flagships like Harbinger that taste unmistakably Texan.
