Kentucky Owl traces its name to C.M. Dedman's 1879 brand. The modern revival became known for very limited barrel-proof blends before Stoli Group ownership. The Wiseman line, made with Bardstown Bourbon Company under master blender John Rhea, was a more accessible release. It marries wheated and high-rye stocks with older Kentucky-sourced barrels.
