Corky and Carson Taylor revived the Peerless name in downtown Louisville, a family brand from before Prohibition. They reclaimed the historic DSP-KY-50 permit and built a grain-to-bottle distillery in the Bourbon District. The distillery uses a sweet mash with no backset, distills to lower proofs and ages in full-size new charred oak. It bottles without chill filtration or added water.

Reservations strongly recommended for tours/tastings; walk-ins if space. Tasting room closes earlier than gift shop.
