Midnight Moon is the flagship moonshine brand of Piedmont Distillers in Madison, North Carolina. It is based on the family recipe of NASCAR driver Junior Johnson and distilled from American corn. Besides Original and 100 Proof, the line includes jars packed with fruit, such as blueberry, peach, apple pie and watermelon, so the flavor infuses in the bottle. Blueberry Moonshine is bottled at 70 proof.
