Re:Find Distillery in Paso Robles partners with California craft brewers for non-hopped wort, then ferments, distills, ages, and bottles on site. The rye uses a proprietary rye/heirloom-wheat/two-row barley mash aged in small 10–15 gallon barrels for concentrated California craft character.
