Saltire Rare Malt is an independent Scotch bottler based in Falkland, Fife, founded by Nigel Heywood and Keith Rennie. The house collects and matures rare casks — famous labels, gems, and spirit from 'lost' distilleries — then bottles limited runs when the character is ready. Speyside Cask #2 is a 14-year single-cask cask-strength release from a Speyside distillery near Kingussie, matured in a second-fill STR ex-sherry American oak cask.
