Webb's Grainworks is Jeremy Webb's distillery, brewery, and cookery at 7 Journey in Aliso Viejo, California. Webb studied Appalachian whiskey tradition at West Virginia University and Kentucky bourbon production before opening the house in 2023. Grain is milled on site; spirits run on a custom 250-gallon copper Vendome hybrid pot still and are bottled under the same roof. The lineup spans Golden Republic California bourbon and Butterball brown-butter flavored whiskey alongside beer and a restaurant.
