Whiskeysmith Co. launched as a flavored-whiskey brand from the Old Elk Distillery team in Fort Collins, Colorado, pairing aged American (often wheated) whiskey with natural fruit and dessert flavors at 60 proof. The core roster includes Banana, Blood Orange, Chocolate, Coconut, Peach, Pineapple, Salted Caramel, and Salted Watermelon. Middle West Spirits acquired Old Elk in 2025; Whiskeysmith continues as a national flavored line under that umbrella.
