Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky, is owned by Brown-Forman and sits on a National Historic Landmark site with whiskey roots going back to 1812. Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall and her team make Distiller's Select with a combination of pot and column stills, cypress mash tubs and heat-cycled rickhouses. The distillery has mapped more than 200 detectable flavor notes in its whiskey. It is Brown-Forman's small-batch flagship.
