“House CA single malts + Indiana Seagram's light whisky Coast blend at 84”
Tasting notes
- nose
- stewed stone fruit, vanilla custard, coconut cream, sea-air salinity, and light cocoa over soft American oak
- palate
- panna cotta, campfire ember, heathered honey, and easy malt sweetness — built for highballs
- finish
- glazed donut, lime-sour candy, and silky fade
Mash bill
A blend of several whiskeys, so no single grain split.
Blend of house California single malts (STR and Distiller's Cut) with two sourced pot-still light whiskies from the historic Seagram's Lawrenceburg, Indiana plant. Malt components carry domestic/Scottish barley programs; light whiskies are distilled to higher proof as a delicate canvas for the fuller single malts.
- Cask
