Why it's craft
Amrut, an Indian single malt distillery, supplied the barrels: Bardstown finished a rye in them and then blended that rye with straight bourbon. The five components come from Indiana and Kentucky and none is Bardstown's own, so the whiskey is sourced. It won Double Gold at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Pritzker Private Capital has owned Bardstown Bourbon Co. since 2022.
