Bardstown Bourbon Company is a distillery campus in Bardstown, Kentucky, that makes its own bourbon, wheated bourbon and rye and also blends and finishes aged whiskey from other distilleries. Its estate-distilled line is six-year whiskey, including a high-wheat bourbon with 39% wheat in the mash. The annual Discovery Series blends aged bourbons from several states, and the Collaborative Series finishes whiskey in barrels from partners such as a French brandy house, a rum distillery and a winery. The company also distills whiskey for other brands under contract. Pritzker Private Capital bought Bardstown Bourbon Co. in 2022, and since 2025 it has run under Lofted Spirits alongside Green River Distilling. Visitors can tour the Bardstown campus, a stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, or taste at its Louisville tasting room on Whiskey Row.

Visitor center: Wed–Sun 9am–5pm; Mon–Tue 10am–3pm ET.

Reservations are recommended, and tours often book 60 days out; tours are 21+. There is a full restaurant and bar on site, and a second tasting room on Whiskey Row in Louisville.
