Why it's craft
Bardstown Bourbon Co. distills this wheated bourbon itself, from Kentucky corn and wheat, and ages it at least six years before hand-selecting single barrels for bottling at full strength. Because each bottle is one barrel, the proof and the weight of the fruit shift from pick to pick. Pritzker Private Capital has owned the company since 2022, and since 2025 it has run under the Lofted Spirits name.
