Why it's craft
Founders Brewing's KBS is a coffee-and-chocolate stout, and Bardstown held a 10-year Tennessee bourbon in barrels that had aged it for 15 months. The bourbon is not Bardstown's own distillate, so the whiskey is sourced. It carries a 10-year age statement on its label. Pritzker Private Capital has owned Bardstown Bourbon Co. since 2022.
