Why it's craft
This is the first Discovery blend that was double barreled, with about 60% going into new American oak and 40% into new Hungarian oak for four months. The base is four Kentucky bourbons aged 8 to 15 years, none of it Bardstown's own, so the whiskey is sourced. Pritzker Private Capital has owned Bardstown Bourbon Co. since 2022.
