Mash bill
A blend of several whiskeys, so no single grain split.
75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley, 40% of the blend from an 11-year Indiana bourbon and 40% from a 10-year Indiana bourbon; and 95% rye and 5% malted barley, 20%, from an 11-year Indiana rye. Both bourbons share one high-rye recipe, and none of the whiskey is Bardstown's own.

- Pineapple rum casks with toasted oak staves (finishing)
- Finish
- About 27 months in rum casks with pineapple and oak staves
Why it's craft
Bardstown finished this blend in rum casks that had held pineapple rum, then added fresh pineapple and toasted oak staves to the barrels to push the tropical side. It is a 4,200-bottle release sold only in Kentucky. The bourbon and rye were distilled elsewhere in Indiana, so the whiskey is sourced. Pritzker Private Capital has owned Bardstown Bourbon Co. since 2022.
