Mash bill
A blend of several whiskeys, so no single grain split.
74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley, 73% of the blend; 78% corn, 13% rye and 9% malted barley, 10%; 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley, 10%; and 95% rye and 5% malted barley, 7%. The first three are Kentucky bourbons aged 9, 11 and 12 years from distilleries Bardstown does not name, and the rye is its own six-year whiskey.

Why it's craft
This is the second time Bardstown has finished whiskey in casks from the French brandy house Maison Ferrand, here for 15 months. It blends three aged Kentucky bourbons from distilleries it does not name with a small share of its own six-year rye. It won Double Gold at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Pritzker Private Capital has owned Bardstown Bourbon Co. since 2022.
