- finish
- Short, starting on a light cereal note before candied pineapple and cinnamon candy take over, fading warm and sweet

Why it's craft
The honey comes from one named source, raw Goldswarm honey from Nigeria's Montane Forest region, added at up to a pound per gallon and left with the whiskey for about five days. The bourbon underneath averages over five years old. It mixes bourbon distilled in Breckenridge with high-rye bourbons bought from undisclosed distilleries outside Colorado.
