Why it's craft
Whole roots and winter spices are steeped by hand in the distillery's bourbon, with brown sugar added, so the spice comes from botanicals soaked in the spirit. The base bourbon is partly made in house, mashed, fermented and distilled in Breckenridge from a high-rye recipe, and partly bourbon bought from other distillers.
