Why it's craft
The Souza family has farmed in California's Central Valley since 1917, and the whiskey is made from rye they grow themselves. The whiskey is 100% rye, from a California heritage variety. The family also plants the rye between sweet potato crops. Corbin Cash began as a sweet potato vodka and is run by the fifth generation of the family.
