80% open-pollinated AC Hazlet winter rye, 10% non-GMO heirloom corn, 10% malted barley — all grown (rye and corn) on the Swanson family farm in Hallock. Far North is trying to establish Minnesota Rye as a regional style: bran-rich northern rye with less dill-blast and more brown-sugar vanilla than classic Pennsylvania spice bombs. AC Hazlet is the named variety you pitch on the floor.
