Why it's craft
Green River Bourbon is the whiskey that brought the 1885 brand back in 2022, made on a recipe of 70% Kentucky corn and 21% rye and aged on site in some of the oldest warehouses in Kentucky. The distillery was licensed in 1885 as the tenth in the state and is a stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Bardstown Bourbon Co. has owned Green River since 2022, and both now sit under Lofted Spirits, which Pritzker Private Capital owns.
