95% rye, 5% malted barley. With almost no other grain in the mash, the rye supplies the citrus, mint and pepper in the glass. Green River released it in January 2024 as its first straight rye.

Why it's craft
This is the first straight rye Green River has made, from a mash that is 95% rye. It comes from the Owensboro distillery licensed in 1885, which makes and ages its whiskey on site. Bardstown Bourbon Co. has owned Green River since 2022.
