- Malted barley4%
Four-grain sweet mash: 78% corn, 9% rye, 9% wheat, and 4% malted barley. Most wheat and all corn come from local Indiana farm partners (notably fifth-generation grower Doug Miller ~60 miles from the distillery), with a majority of the rye also Indiana-grown. Sweet mash means every ferment starts with 100% fresh ingredients — no reused backset — so each grain's contribution stays brighter in the new make.
