- Organic Michigan wheat100%
100% organic Michigan wheat. The base is Journeyman's all-wheat whiskey, the same grain behind Buggy Whip Wheat and Corsets, Whips & Whiskey, and wheat with no corn or rye gives a soft, sweet spirit that leaves room for the honey. The honey is pure Michigan honey from Great Lakes Bee Co.

Why it's craft
The base is Journeyman's own all-wheat whiskey, distilled from organic Michigan wheat in Three Oaks, and the honey comes from Great Lakes Bee Co., a Michigan beekeeper. The name points back to the corsets and buggy whips once made in the Featherbone Factory where the distillery now runs.
