Journeyman occupies the restored Featherbone Factory in Three Oaks, Michigan — once home to E.K. Warren's corset stays — and runs a grain-to-bottle organic whiskey program with aquifer water and hand bottling. Featherbone Bourbon (70% organic corn / 25% organic wheat / 5% organic rye, single distillation, 90 proof) is the clearest house standard; a second campus (The American Factory) operates in Valparaiso, Indiana.
