Why it's craft
This 500-bottle edition takes Journeyman's seven-year High Rye Bourbon and finishes it in one of the distillery's own single malt barrels. Both whiskeys involved were mashed and distilled by Journeyman from organic grain in Three Oaks. The release comes from a partnership with IndyCar driver Conor Daly, who signed every label.
