New York organic corn and malted barley, from Kings County's bourbon and corn whiskey; the exact split in this blend is not published. The distillery's straight bourbon and its corn whiskey are each 80% corn and 20% malted barley, but it has not said which of its bourbons goes into this bottle. The coffee is cold brew from Parlor Coffee, roasted in Brooklyn from a blend of coffees.

Why it's craft
Kings County made this with Parlor Coffee, its longtime neighbor at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, by blending Parlor's cold brew into its own bourbon and corn whiskey rather than building it on a syrupy coffee liqueur. Every drop of whiskey in it was mashed, fermented, distilled and aged by Kings County, which has never sold whiskey made elsewhere. Founded in 2010 by Colin Spoelman and David Haskell, it is New York City's oldest whiskey distillery.
