Why it's craft
This bottle is a loop between a distillery and a beekeeper: Laws' emptied bourbon barrels go to a local apiary to hold Colorado honey, then come back to Denver to age more four-grain bourbon. Laws distills all of its whiskey on site from Colorado-grown corn and heirloom wheat, rye and barley. Al Laws founded the distillery in 2011.
