Al Laws built Laws Whiskey House in Denver around regional farmers and heirloom grain — especially the Cody family’s high-altitude San Luis Valley rye. Open-air fermentation, patient aging, and a serious visitor Sanctuary make it one of Colorado’s clearest craft whiskey destinations. The San Luis Valley Straight Rye is the house’s rye manifesto: 100% heirloom rye, no filler barley in the current recipe.
