42% corn, 44% wheat, 7% rye, 7% malted barley. Those figures come from marrying 70% Laws Four Grain Bourbon (60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, 10% heirloom malted barley) with 30% whiskey made from 100% Centennial wheat, an heirloom spring wheat grown in Colorado's San Luis Valley. The all-wheat component pushes wheat past corn as the largest grain in the bottle.

Why it's craft
Super Wheater is the 2024 entry in Laws' annual Origins series, built by marrying its four-grain bourbon with its all-wheat Centennial whiskey to bring the wheat to the front. Both whiskeys were distilled at the Denver distillery, and the blend draws on barrels up to twelve years old, from the early years of a house that opened in 2011. The run was 1,000 numbered bottles.
