60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, 10% heirloom malted barley. The corn and the heirloom wheat, rye and barley are grown for Laws by two Colorado family farms. Laws uses a labor-intensive cooking method meant to bring out each grain's own character, then ferments the mash as an open-air sour mash.

Why it's craft
This is Laws' four-grain bourbon at full barrel strength, a marriage of barrels picked for how their flavor holds at high proof. Laws distills every drop it bottles in Denver from Colorado-grown grain and ferments with an open-air sour mash. Founded in 2011, the distillery aged its first whiskey three years before selling any.
