100% heirloom San Luis Valley rye — currently a 50% raw / 50% malted rye split with no barley. Grown at ~7,400 ft by the Cody family since the 1930s; low-yield semi-wild character is the entire mash thesis. (Older Laws rye stocks sometimes used 95% rye / 5% barley — current flagship small batch is the 100% rye recipe.)
