Why it's craft
Green Brier takes its Classic blend and rests it for 3 to 18 months in American oak casks that held sweet Malmsey Madeira, a finish the distillery's head distiller names as a favorite; it joined the cask series in 2024. The bourbon was distilled in Indiana and Kentucky and bought in; the cask work is done in Nashville. The distillery is a revival of Charles Nelson's 19th-century Green Brier brand, now wholly owned by Constellation Brands.
