Why it's craft
Green Brier finishes its blended bourbon in Oloroso sherry casks in Nashville, a finish that opened the Nelson Brothers cask series in 2022 and returned in 2025. The bourbon itself was bought from distilleries in Indiana and Kentucky; the cask choice and the finishing happen at the distillery. The company carries the name of Charles Nelson's pre-Prohibition Green Brier distillery and is wholly owned by Constellation Brands.
