Pursuit has not published the recipe for the bourbon in this bottle. It is a maple-finished bourbon from the Atlanta shop Shortbarrel, blended with Pursuit United Double Oak Rye, whose rye recipes are 95% rye with 5% malted barley and 52% rye with 43% corn and 5% malted barley.

Why it's craft
This limited collaboration with Shortbarrel, an Atlanta whiskey shop, blends its maple-finished bourbon with Pursuit United Double Oak Rye, and it first went on sale at the Kentucky Bourbon Festival in September 2026. Pursuit Spirits was founded by the hosts of the Bourbon Pursuit podcast and does not distill its own whiskey, and the label says so.
