78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley from Bardstown Bourbon Co.; and 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley from a Tennessee distillery. Both are low-rye bourbons, so the corn sweetness carries the whiskey and the honey finish builds on it.

Why it's craft
This is a limited collaboration with Meat Church BBQ, finished for three months in barrels coated with more than 55 gallons of Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey and made to sit alongside smoked meat rather than dessert. It blends bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Co. in Kentucky with bourbon from a Tennessee distillery. Pursuit Spirits was founded by the hosts of the Bourbon Pursuit podcast and does not distill its own whiskey, and the label says so.
