Why it's craft
Redbreast is a single pot still whiskey, made from malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills at the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork. The 18 Year was added as a permanent bottling in September 2024. It is matured in four kinds of cask, including cream sherry, which Redbreast had not used before in a main release.
