Why it's craft
Redbreast is a single pot still whiskey, made from malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills at the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork. This is a limited release finished for 16 months in Moscatel wine casks from a Málaga bodega, which is a wine cask the range had not used before.
