Why it's craft
This is the bonded version of Rock Town's wheated Arkansas bourbon, and the bond means it was distilled in one season by one distiller at Rock Town's own Little Rock distillery, then aged four years in a federally bonded warehouse. Rock Town makes it from grain to glass from Arkansas corn and wheat, and it ages in full-size 53-gallon barrels, where the standard Arkansas Bourbon uses 25-gallon ones. Phil Brandon founded the distillery in 2010.
